Applications Now Being Accepted for DDA Facade Grants

The City of Portland Downtown Development Authority's matching facade grant is now open through July 29. This grant is a "50/50 matching grant" wherein accepted projects will match proposed work up to $5,000.

This grant is open to any Portland Main Street district building or business owner.

All applicants must have attended a Michigan Main Street "Building Basics" workshop in order to qualify for this opportunity. All persons submitting applications will be required to meet with the Portland Main Street Design Committee on July 29 to go over their application.
